How to join the study
If you are interested in participating in the ITI Study, then please contact the International Study Co-ordinator, Matt Foulkes matt.foulkes @cmmc.nhs.uk in Manchester.

Fax: +44 161 276 8085He can provide you with copies of the documentation that you will need to obtain ethical/IRB approval for the study and also a financial agreement for your institution.
He can also advise on any contractual issues that your institution may raise.
Once you have ethical/IRB approval for the study, if you fax/email a copy of this to Matt, he will issue your centre with a username and password for the electronic CRF and you will then be able to register patients.
