Welcome to the International Immune Tolerance Study Home Page.
The Study opened for recruitment late in 2002, after a delay due to the shortage of recombinant factor VIII.
The study compares the efficacy, morbidity and cost effectiveness of low versus high-dose
immune tolerance in good-risk patients.
These patients have severe haemophilia A, an inhibitor for 12 months or less and a historical peak inhibitor titre of >
5BU but < 200 units.
The electronic case report form (eCRF) used in the study requires Internet Explorer V4.1 or later.
